Dear customers, we'll be back as soon as the covid-19 situation will allow us to hold concerts. Please, leave your email and we will send you an update of the 2021 Concert Season.
In this Covid 19 period we changed our brand name from RomeConcerts to RomeOperaConcerts and consequently moved our website from romeconcerts.org to romeoperaconcerts.com to be more easily findable on Google, etc. That's why you will find reviews and other stuff up to October 2020 referring to us as RomeConcerts, but we are always the same people! One of the main objectives of RomeOperaConcerts is to perform Classical music and Opera in Rome, in the full Heart of the City, making it easier for tourists who are in the Eternal City to participate.
Classical music concerts in Rome enjoy many important places. The first is “Parco della musica”, which houses the “National Academy of Santa Cecilia”, one of the oldest musical institutions in the world, dating back to the sixteenth century; then there are the “Roman Philharmonic Academy”, the “University Institution of Concerts”, and many others. But all these places are far from the center of Rome: which makes it difficult for tourists to attend classical music recitals and opera concerts, unless they decide to lose much of their precious time sitting in a taxi.
For your ultimate comfort, RomeOperaConcerts shows do not have a mandatory dress code and the hall is fully accessible
for wheelchair users.
After the music you can wrap up your evening with a picturesque walk along the river Tiber and through the heart
of Rome itself.
In a city known for its music and pleasures, this is an event in true Roman character!
RomeOperaConcerts is the right choice for the high quality of its concerts and the place where they are held: in the heart of Rome, a few meters from Castel Sant'Angelo and the Basilica of San Pietro, very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon: it is a wonderful addition to Rome's already colourful musical schedule.
In short, RomeOperaConcerts is the perfect stop on a beautiful day, after visiting the Basilica of San Pietro, or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, or the Cloister of Bramante.
