1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website or external service can store on a user’s device and read during later visits. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, allow the browser to retain technical information or preferences.
Some tools are necessary to provide functions requested by the user. Others may be used to measure traffic, assess advertising campaigns or create profiles; these are activated only after free, specific and withdrawable consent.
2. Categories used
Necessary / technical — always active
These allow the website to operate, provide security, save consent choices, remember dismissal of the update notice and give access to requested booking functions. They are not used for advertising profiling.
Analytics — only with prior consent
Google Analytics 4 may collect data on website usage, such as pages viewed, technical events, device and approximate origin, to produce statistics and improve the service.
Marketing / profiling — only with prior consent
Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing and any Meta/Facebook/Instagram tools may measure campaigns, associate advertising interactions and personalize promotional messages.
3. Tools, purposes and retention
The table distinguishes tools already present from tools that are prepared but will be activated only after they are configured and authorized.

4. Google Consent Mode v2
The website is set up to communicate consent status to Google through Consent Mode v2. Before a valid choice is made, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to denied.
In this implementation, Google scripts are also loaded by the website only after the relevant category has been authorized. Analytics consent does not automatically enable marketing, and vice versa.
6. How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
- “Accept all” enables analytics and marketing.
- “Reject” or closing with the X keeps only necessary tools active.
- “Preferences” lets users select analytics and marketing separately.
- “Save preferences” records the selected categories.
- The “Cookie settings” command in the footer reopens the panel at any time so choices can be changed or withdrawn.
Withdrawal prevents future processing based on consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Deleting browser data also removes the saved preference and causes the request to be shown again on the next visit.
7. Browser settings
Users may also delete or block cookies and local data through their browser settings. Blocking all technical tools may impair some functions, particularly saving preferences and using the external booking service.
