The concert
Opera’s Greatest Hits is an intimate and engaging live concert created to bring audiences closer to the best-loved pages of Italian and international opera.
Professional opera singers and pianist perform celebrated arias and duets by Puccini, Verdi, Rossini, Bellini, Donizetti and other great Italian composers, together with selected works from the international repertoire, including Bizet.
The program concludes with a selection of classic Neapolitan songs, a repertoire long cherished and performed by the world’s greatest opera singers.
The experience
Each concert includes a short presentation, with listening introductions and anecdotes about the operas, composers and pieces on the program.
No previous knowledge of opera is required: the experience is designed both for opera lovers and for guests attending an opera concert for the first time.
The closeness of the performers lets you experience the natural power of the voices, their expressions and the direct connection created between artists and audience.

After the concert

The venue
The concert takes place in the Oratorio di San Giovanni Battista dei Genovesi, within the historic complex at Via Anicia 12 in the heart of Trastevere.
The intimate size of the hall creates a direct relationship between performers and audience and offers a close view of the performance from every seating area.
Depending on the season and organizational requirements, the final convivial moment may also take place in the atmospheric cloister.
Before you arrive
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time. Doors open 15 minutes before the concert, and the performance begins promptly.
Guests arriving late may be admitted at a suitable moment, subject to the progress of the concert.
Seats are not numbered and are allocated by staff on arrival. Thanks to the intimate size of the hall, every seat offers a close view of the performance.
Formal dress is not required. Smart casual clothing, or attire suitable for a concert evening, is recommended.
The experience is suitable for guests aged 6 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The FAMILY10 discount is available for eligible family bookings in the Standard section that include at least 2 adults and at least 2 guests aged 6 to 17.

Tickets are not refundable in the event of customer cancellation, late arrival or no-show.
